New Snug Double+Ensuite in Central Forest Row

We have a smart and comfortable bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the side of our house. It has its own private entrance and is moments from the Forest Row town centre. It is a snug fit but for anyone wanted a place to rest, shower and to make a small meal it is perfect.
The space
The room is not massive but we make good use of what is there.

We have a kitchenette including a sink, induction hob, fridge and microwave / oven. A small table with 2 foldable chairs and an en-suite bathroom with a quality shower and private toilet.

We have super strong fibre broadband with great download and upload speeds for guests.

There is a private entrance to access the space and self entry when you arrive.
Guest access
We are in the middle of town so easy to find and easy to access.
Other things to note
Our cleaner works during the day so the room may only be cleaned and prepared by 7pm if we have check in and checkout on the same day.

Please note, we are not able to allow parking on the small side road as these spots belong to our neighbours. There is ample parking spaces close by on Riverside road.
