Your room is on the 1st floor so one flight of stairs up.
There are other guests and tenants who will be in the house at the same time as you. They have access to the communal facilities as do you. It is a friendly and social atmosphere in the house whilst obviously respecting people’s privacy in their room.
The house is not setup for elderly people or those with mobility issues, the shower is in the bath tub and we do not have access bars or other support mechanisms.
As there are 6 other people staying in the house there will be occassional noise from the other rooms.
